Firmness guide: 
Extra soft: Suitable for packing- Big Will is so large that you may require additional support from a belt or ring. Will sag under gravity like a real cock, but retains its form very well.
Soft: Very easily bend and compressed but will keep its form and upright position when left alone. 
Medium: Squishy and can be bent fairly easily, Typical toy firmness. 
Firm: Extra firm, requires some effort to bend. For when you want to be the one who yields, rather than the toy. We use this a lot as the core for dual density toys.
